No terms and conditions put forward by the Buyer/User, any verbal representation, guarantees, or other statements made by or on behalf of AEF Wines, shall be binding unless confirmed in writing by a director of AEF Wines. Your statutory rights are unaffected by these terms and conditions. We advise you to read this page carefully and if necessary print them for your reference.



Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Description of Goods

Though we constantly strive to provide accurate and current information on this website, AEF Wines will not be responsible for errors/omissions in product descriptions or the Buyer's interpretation of those descriptions. Full specifications are available from the manufacturer's brochures and/or websites. Please contact us for their details.

We make no representations about the fitness for a particular purpose of any of the products.



Shipping and Handling

US Deliveries
All goods are carefully packed and shipped as soon as they are available to fulfill your order. Post and Packing charges depend on the total weight and size of the items ordered.

Certain heavy and oversized items (e.g. Contact Equipment) may incur additional shipping charges which may vary from any calculated shipping charges shown online. If you have not arranged for an alternate delivery, we typically have to ship these items via Freight. Delivery charges will be advised prior to confirming your order.

Overseas Delivery
Overseas, BFPO and non-mainland US shipping is charged at cost and may vary from any calculated shipping charges shown online and in automated emails confirming your order. We will confirm delivery costs when we send you notification of acceptance of your order. Delivery times may vary.

GA Sales Tax applies to all purchases made in Georgia.



Delivery Schedule

Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. We will keep you fully informed of your order status. If for any reason we are unable to supply the goods, you will receive a full credit or refund. However, we will not be responsible for compensating for any loss incurred if the goods are not supplied or are supplied damaged or faulty.

We reserve the right to withdraw any product or offer from the website at our discretion, including the refusal of any transaction attributed to those products / offers.

Delivery
Whilst every effort will be made to adhere to stated delivery dates, such dates are estimates only and AEF Wines cannot be liable for any losses incurred caused by delay in delivery.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that adequate access is made to the property in order for delivery to take place and that they, or an authorized person, are present to receive the delivery. Please note that deliveries are made only to ground floor entrances.

Visible damage (i.e. after removal of all packaging) must be marked accordingly on delivery/acceptance notes and reported by telephone within 24 hours. Note of damage must also be confirmed in writing within 72 hours. DO NOT use the item if you wish to make a claim for damage.

*This procedure must be carried out even if someone has been appointed to take delivery on your behalf. After the 24 hours of having accepted receipt of the goods, any subsequent loss or damage to goods will be at your own risk.*

IMPORTANT : All deliveries are subject to and require ID to ensure that the recipient is 21 years of age.

 

Warranty

All items are sold as is and all products are sold as stated and shipments are held until the weather is favorable for transport and we recommend that all products be shipped as rapidly as possible since wines are subject to spoilage by heat.  

We store all wines in cold storage before transit to ensure their most optimal condition.



Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.



Returns Policy

Cancellation / Return of Goods
If, for any reason at all, you are not totally satisfied with your purchase please contact our Customer Care Representatives. We will send you packaging instructions and the return address. You must send in a copy of your receipt, and the item must be returned in its original packaging for a full refund of the purchase price. Returns are only accepted in the first 10 days from receipt of your item.

Unless faulty, we cannot accept the return of customized products.

*For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.

To return any products to us, please:

1. Complete the Returns Form
2. Confirm whether you want an Exchange or Refund.
3. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting since we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.
4. Pack the Items safely, enclose the invoice and send it back to the address we provide.

While we will make every attempt to remedy this type of situation, we must emphasize it is in everyone's interest to ensure that the correct items are being ordered and are suited to your particular requirements. If you have questions during the ordering process, please give us a call, or send us an email BEFORE placing your order.



Remittance Terms

Payments and Prices
All prices are in US Dollars.
Any quotation or published price is subject to alteration or withdrawal without prior notice as a result of fluctuation in exchange rates, increase in supplier's prices, and error in published price or other costs beyond our control. Statement of price or a quotation does not constitute an offer. We will inform you of the correct price where the right to cancellation can be exercised.

Payment by credit/debit card will require clearance prior to delivery. All card payments are subject to security checks before any goods are dispatched. If the issuing bank of your card does not for any reason authorize payment from that account, the order may be delayed or cancelled. 

Title to the goods will remain with AEF Wines until full payment is received.
